Role summary We are seeking a Proposal and Content Specialist to lead the creation of impactful RFP responses and sales materials that support business growth. This hybrid role blends storytelling, project coordination, and commercial strategy.

You’ll work closely with Sales and subject matter experts across Operations, IT, Implementations, and Compliance to develop compelling proposals, pitch decks, and content that highlight Century’s logistics expertise, technology, and customer focus. Success in this role requires experience managing complex RFPs and crafting persuasive B2B content that drives revenue.

Responsibilities

• Leverage our AI-enabled content library to lead the end-to-end development of RFP, RFI, and bid responses, ensuring submissions are timely, accurate, and strategically positioned.
• Collaborate with SMEs across Sales, Operations, IT, and Compliance to gather content and craft persuasive responses tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain and develop a centralized content library of standard company responses, boilerplate copy, and up-to-date credentials, with the support of AI tools.
• Create and update sales materials including capability decks, one-pagers, and customer-facing collateral.
• Translate complex logistics and technology solutions into clear, concise, and visually engaging content.
• Research market trends and supply chain developments to draft customer advisories, email campaigns (eDMs), and internal or external presentations.
• Handle ad hoc projects and tasks from time to time as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, B2B marketing, or sales content development—logistics or supply chain experience preferred.
• Proven success in managing RFPs and developing professional sales materials.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for clarity, tone, and audience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, or proposal platforms like Loopio is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
