Base pay range: $174,000/yr - $246,000/yr. This range is provided by Meta. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

  • Define creative strategies and vision for AI-generated ads across Family of Apps.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop scalable AI solutions that align with brand guidelines, style, and engaging creative directions.
  • Integrate brand and creative best practices with AI capabilities and data insights to achieve optimal performance outcomes.
  • Innovate: stay informed about the latest advancements and emerging research trends in generative AI.
  • Agility: thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable environment and support teams in rapid iteration and experimentation.
  • Operations: lead and support effective execution within a large, dynamic team.
  • Collaboration: build strong cross-functional relationships with product design, engineering, and research science teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with 8+ years of experience leading creative direction across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Extensive experience in a digital advertising agency with a proven track record producing ads for digital platforms.
  • Skilled in developing brand creative strategy, including direction, style, and aesthetic guidelines.
  • Proven storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives for different audiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to work effectively with both technical and creative stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI creative tools for image, text, and video production, and a desire to master new technologies.
  • Experience with creative testing and performance optimization.

Compensation & Benefits
