Based from our South Melbourne office and content studio, this is a unique opportunity to shape the digital presence of a forward-thinking group of companies leading the way in hair, beauty and wellness.

The Role

You’ll be the creative driver of our content strategy across three dynamic brands. From salon shoots to nationwide events, education tours to behind-the-scenes storytelling, no two days will look the same.

Your scope includes:

• Developing, shooting, and editing engaging content for social media, EDMs, and campaigns
• Managing brand voice and digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and beyond
• Creating content with a proven focus on growth, reach, and improved engagement
• Analysing performance metrics to drive audience growth and brand awareness
• Bringing campaigns to life with video, photography and storytelling
• Collaborating with our marketing team to plan content calendars and launches
• Travelling interstate to capture content at classes, events, and conferences
• Regular interstate travel for filming and content creation
• Work from our South Melbourne HQ & studio with a creative, collaborative team

About You

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes content creation – not just managing socials, but creating scroll-stopping work that delivers measurable results.

You must be:

• A highly talented content creator with strong photography & videography skills
• Experienced in growing Instagram audiences and boosting engagement through creative strategy and execution
• Adaptable and confident working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Open to regular travel and on-the-ground content creation
• Passionate about hair, makeup, beauty, and lifestyle industries
• A strong communicator who can bring brand stories to life
• Portfolio of previous content work (photography, videography, reels, campaigns)
• Evidence of a proven track record in growing social engagement and reach
