Responsibilities

• Technical illustration.
• 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, animating and rendering.
• Video editing.
• Working with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Blender/Maya/Max.
• Experience in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
• Clean professional video with clean transitions and a sense of rhythm and flow.
• Good eye for lighting and composition.
• Developing illustrations for illustration parts catalogs and maintenance manuals.
• Creating 3D models, fully textured for use in training materials.
• Generating professional videos by selecting the best footage and creating a compelling visual story.
• Capturing clean and clear photos of equipment in various lighting conditions.
• Responsible for manipulating raster graphics.
• Manages large amounts of project files.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Clearance.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with four (4) years of hands-on experience in 3D modeling or technical illustrating to include working with Blender/Maya/Max and Adobe Illustrator.
• Graduate degree with two (2) years of hands-on experience in 3D modeling or technical illustration to include working with Blender/Maya/Max and Adobe Illustrator.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience in 3D modeling or technical illustrating to include working with Blender/Maya/Max and Adobe Illustrator.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Budget software skills.
• Game engine knowledge.
