Overview

Do you have a passion for coffee, hospitality, and thriving in a fast-paced luxury setting? Join our team at Fashion Square Mall as a part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (working up to 19 hours per week) during the holiday season. As the welcoming face of our retail boutique, you will greet customers, offer complimentary coffee tastings, assist with boutique operations, and provide an inviting experience for our customers. You will help customers discover their perfect coffee match and create unforgettable moments with Nespresso.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $18.00. This pay range is a good faith estimate at the time of posting and final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers
• Elevate hospitality in the boutique by providing exceptional customer experiences
• Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling, contributing to positive change through the power of coffee
• Guide customers on their coffee journey by providing tastings that deepen appreciation for coffee
• Manage digital systems and point-of-sale software
• Maintain a beautiful boutique environment with a safety-first mindset
• Collaborate with teammates for a cohesive work environment
