Responsibilities

• Set your own schedule and tutor as much as you’d like.
• Tutor remotely using the Live Learning Platform—no commuting required.
• Get matched with students suited to your teaching style and expertise.
• Use the AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions with real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features.
• Invoice for tutoring sessions; Varsity Tutors handles payments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in IB Film HL with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour, with increases for specialized subjects; potential to earn up to $40/hour with the same student.
• Paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice.
• Remotely tutor using our platform; no commuting required.
• We handle logistics and payments; you focus on teaching.
