Festival overview

The Chelsea Film Festival is an event consisting of four days of screenings of independent shorts, feature-lengths and documentaries from emerging directors. In between sessions, we will be hosting Q&A sessions, and related events such as an industry mixer for professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of volunteers to support festival operations.
• Coordinate scheduling, assignments, and on-site logistics to ensure a seamless experience for guests, filmmakers, and staff.
• Serve as the main point of contact for volunteers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment while aligning team efforts with the festival’s mission and values.
