Overview

Spindrift Beverage Co, Inc. is seeking a full-time temporary Graphic Designer to join the Digital Marketing Team for 6 months while a team member is out on leave. This is a dynamic, entrepreneurial and passionate team that is fanatical about our delicious products. The role is based in Newton, MA — 15 mins outside of Boston and currently requires 4 days a week in-office with 1 day work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring the Spindrift brand to life in content and creative (e.g., graphic design, photo, video, animation)
• Edit and customize content for organic and paid social
• Support content plan for all of Spindrift\'s channels and platforms (e.g., website, social, collateral, swag, etc.)
• Stay ahead of content trends on social media & identify relevant opportunities for Spindrift
• Wear lots of hats - e.g., write copy when needed, art direct, squeeze fruit on occasion, etc

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required - Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, etc
• Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience with a portfolio of great work to share
• Prior experience with content creation and design for a brand preferred
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software. Print production expertise (especially in packaging) is a huge plus
• Experience with photo editing and general photography principles
• Proficient in Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Slides, etc.) & Microsoft Office Suite
• An avid user of social media – if only to keep up with great design trends

Benefits

• The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 and is dependent upon the candidate\'s experience prior to joining Spindrift. In addition, we offer the following compensation and benefits:
