Overview
Marketing Manager, US Immunology Marketing
As a Marketing Manager, US Immunology Marketing, you will be instrumental in ensuring our organization executes a flawless product launch—delivering on key tactical milestones that will directly impact patient access, provider engagement, and commercial success. This is a critical role with impact and visibility across departments and works closely with key stakeholders within and outside Sobi.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive execution of key launch initiatives, including congress planning, speaker bureau enablement, sponsorship execution, and field tool development
- Assist with the planning of national and regional launch meetings, speaker training, and commercial events
- Develop launch execution trackers, dashboards, and status updates for senior leadership
- Lead print and inventory management on behalf of the team
- Support overall marketing team management including, but not limited to, accruals management, team meeting planning and facilitation
- Serve as day-to-day project lead for tactical implementation of launch readiness activities, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and adherence to timelines
- Manage agency partners to develop and deliver promotional content, campaigns, and event materials
- Lead the preparation and MLR submission of promotional assets
- Collaborate closely, and as appropriate, with cross-functional colleagues across HCP marketing, sales, sales training, operations, medical affairs, regulatory, legal and compliance, market access, patient services, customer experience, advocacy, and promotional review committee
- Track, measure, and report on launch tactic performance, field feedback, and engagement metrics to inform optimization
- Demonstrate and implement effective project management to ensure deliverables are on time, on budget, and support business objectives
Qualifications
- BA/BS required
- 3-5+ years of commercial experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare marketing; product launch process familiarity or strong interest in launches
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail; experience with Congress and event planning or speaker bureau enablement is a plus
- Strong self-starter with ability to prioritize workload, coordinate cross-functional support, and lead others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to partner with cross-functional and agency partners to deliver business needs
- Effective communication across functions and with external stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
- Experience in managing complex projects through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory approval; experience using Veeva Vault preferred
- Problem solving and agility in launch product workflow
- Strong judgment and commitment to high ethical and compliance standards
- Travel as needed: 20-25%
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $106,000-$145,000. This role is eligible for short-term and long-term bonuses. Benefits include a comprehensive medical/dental/vision package, 401(k) match, tuition and wellness reimbursements, and other rewards as part of a total compensation package.
