Tentamus North America is on the prowl for a Marketing Specialist, based remotely in Provo, UT, to execute marketing strategies and support our marketing initiatives by creating compelling content that makes people stop, click, and remember our brand! Your Mission

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Marketing, you will be a key player on a collaborative and forward-thinking team, where your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Campaign Asset Creation: Create high-quality assets to support our integrated marketing campaigns. Following the creative and strategic direction provided, you will design and produce on-brand content including social media graphics, sales collateral, presentations, and email templates using the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Social Media Execution: Implement the social media strategy by managing the content calendar, creating and publishing engaging posts, monitoring channels, and fostering community engagement.
• Analyze & Report on Performance: You will be responsible for tracking key metrics and creating insightful reports to inform and refine campaign tactics. You will also assist in tracking campaign performance to help identify market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be authorized to work in the United States indefinitely and without restrictions or sponsorship, be located in Provo, UT, possess strong Excellent communication skills, a positive and upbeat attitude, and a talent for taking constructive criticism and feedback; other qualifications include:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing and design work (please include a link to your portfolio with your application).
• Expertise in graphic design with fluency in theAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow professional social media accounts.
• Experience with videography and video editing for social media (Reels, Shorts) using tools like Adobe Premiere Rush or Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for marketing and content creation.

Schedule & Position

This is a full-time, remote position, M – F, 9AM – 5PM with flexibility; in this role it is expected to be available during business hours. Some travel may be required for team meetings and events.
