Charts+Darts is looking for a highly detail-oriented media manager to join our collaborative, tight-knit, and fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll manage all stages of the media planning and buying process—from setup and launch to optimization and reporting—across a variety of digital and traditional channels including social, broadcast, CTV, programmatic, SEM, and more.

A strong analytical mindset is essential, as campaign analysis and reporting are core to success. You’ll lead the strategic and technical execution of ad operations, including tagging, pixel implementation, and performance tracking. You’ll work directly with clients, internal teams and external partners to manage multiple campaigns from kickoff through wrap-up, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact every step of the way.

Salary Range: $93k-$108k.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns across a range of channels, including social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit), programmatic (display, video, CTV, native), traditional channels (TV, radio), and SEM (Google, Bing), among others.
  • Develop, maintain, and clearly communicate campaign performance reports and insights.
  • Plan and execute campaign strategies with a strong focus on audience segmentation, targeting, media mix, tactical approach, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and execute strategic optimizations to meet and exceed established KPI’s and targets.
  • Build and manage tagging and ad ops infrastructure, including pixel implementation, event tracking, and QA.
  • Develop in-depth performance analyses and projection models using campaign analytics and reporting tools to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain proper budget pacing across various clients, channels, tactics, and creatives.
  • Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests across ad units, landing pages, creative, messaging, and other key campaign variables to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including account, strategy, and creative—to ensure paid media efforts are aligned with overarching client business objectives.
  • Work directly with clients to present media plans, strategies, reporting, analysis, etc.
  • Stay up to date on media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously improve campaign impact.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging advertising solutions and trends to uncover new opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Perform competitive research, market insights, and other tasks as needed.
  • Cultivate relationships with media vendors and partners to support campaign execution and innovation.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing, buying and optimizing paid ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google ad products (SEM, open web, YouTube)
  • 3+ years of Amazon Ads experience
  • 3+ years of experience and high proficiency across Google Analytics, Google Tags Manager, and Google data studio
  • 3+ years experience planning and buying across traditional media including broadcast TV and radio
  • Experience with programmatic display, video, and CTV
  • Ability to lead and perform ad ops responsibilities, including tagging and pixel implementation
  • Ability to strategize, analyze, and optimize campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert level Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, vlookup, etc.)
  • Fully remote working environment
  • Business hours are 9:30 to 5:30 Pacific Standard Time
