Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Collaborate and coach offshore team when needed.
• Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience (home office staff, agents and seniors).
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
• Analyze social media and marketing metrics to optimize engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Stay current with social media trends and best practices in the life insurance industry.
• Other job duties as assigned, including general marketing support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing preferred
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Graphic design skills with experience in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
