About The Role

We’re looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to support our growing social team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to help bring social strategies to life. You’ll assist with content development and scheduling, platform management, reporting, and community engagement across multiple brands and resort properties.

Key Responsibilities

Content Support & Coordination

  • Assist in the development, scheduling and publishing of content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest).
  • Support the creative team by sourcing, formatting, and organizing assets for social use.
  • Collaborate with content producers and designers to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Help maintain and update content calendars and campaign timelines.

Community Management

  • Monitor and moderate social platforms daily to foster engagement and respond to comments.
  • Support field and resort-level social media efforts, including owner events and club operations.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and compliance across all channels.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Sprinklr and Meta Business Suite.
  • Provide weekly and monthly insights to inform strategy pivots and content optimization.
  • Maintain listening dashboards and competitive benchmarking.

Platform & Campaign Support

  • Assist with paid campaign setup, publishing, and tracking.
  • Administer social tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Meta) including invoicing, user access, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate updates to department resources, SOPs, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in social media, ideally in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Reels/TikTok).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of paid social strategies and performance tracking.
  • Hospitality or resort industry experience is a plus.
