Lotus Concepts Management, the team behind some of Colorado’s most dynamic hospitality brands, is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our growing Marketing Department. This is an on-site position based in Denver, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.

The Social Media Manager will oversee and execute all social media strategies for 10 properties across 4 brands, including Viewhouse, My Neighbor Felix, Wonderyard, and Belles & Boots. This role requires a creative, analytical, and highly organized individual with a strong understanding of digital trends, brand voice, and paid advertising strategies.

Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all social media platforms for 10 properties / 4 brands.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content that reflects brand identity and engages target audiences.
  • Develop and implement a detailed social media roadmap aligned with business and marketing goals.
  • Manage and optimize all paid ad spend across platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics; adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, property-level teams, and leadership to align social media with campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Identify trends, best practices, and new opportunities in social media and digital advertising.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts for brands, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment.
  • Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and emerging digital trends.
  • Expertise in paid advertising campaigns, budget management, and ROI analysis.
  • Exceptional writing, content creation, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to build and execute long-term strategies while managing day-to-day posting and engagement.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
  • Must work on-site in Denver, CO (not a remote role).
