Job Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Freelance Motion Designer with a passion for motion and creativity. This role offers a varied workload across healthcare and wellness, including branding for medical symposiums, social animation storyboarding, website wire-framing, and data visualizations.

Ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Adobe apps (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint. Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a bonus. A portfolio demonstrating integrated design and creative thinking is required. Minimum 3 years in a fast-paced studio environment and the ability to work from own initiative with strong time management are desired.

Core Responsibilities

• Contribute to all stages of creative development from concept/storyboarding to animation/production and final delivery across a range of executions (2D, illustration, greenscreen).
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends, techniques, and processes.
• Understand best practices for long- and short-form content across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with departments including client services, strategy, scientific, creative, design, and digital.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal colleagues to complete projects within timeframe and budget.

Experience/Skills Required

• Ability to take concepts from brief through final execution.
• Professional-level mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with Cinema 4D is a bonus.
• Experience with editing, color grading and sound design is a bonus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong storytelling, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work within tight timeframes.
• Highly motivated to work from own initiative; detail-oriented; organized and proactive.
• Adaptable.

Level of Experience

• Minimum 3 years of studio/agency/in-house experience.

Qualification

• Diploma or degree in graphic design or related subject.
