Superior Hospice is a newly established, forward-thinking hospice agency delivering heartfelt, person-centered end-of-life care. We are building our founding team of Volunteer Musicians who believe in the comfort and connection that music can provide during life’s final chapter.

What You’ll Do
- Create Moments of Comfort: Use voice or instruments to soothe, inspire, or accompany patients during the hospice journey.
- Offer Support Through Song: Perform calming or uplifting music based on patient preferences—bedside lullabies, classical tunes, or familiar favorites.
- Participate in Care Planning: Collaborate with staff to align music with patient goals and overall care.
- Document Visits: Log patient responses and session notes for continuity and insight.
- Show Up with Heart: Provide emotional and spiritual comfort through music to patients and families, especially during quiet or reflective moments.
What We’re Looking For
- A deep love for music and belief in its healing power
- Warm communication skills and a desire to connect
- Comfort in supporting those facing the end of life
- Ability to travel within a 35-mile radius across the metro
- Experience with hospice or therapeutic music is a plus—but we welcome learners with passion
