Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO in the firm’s crisis, issues management and litigation PR practice.
- Propose communication strategies and media engagement, both internally and externally.
- Work directly with the CEO on high-stakes matters related to crisis and reputation.
- Support the management team on media relations across a broad portfolio of clients in different industries.
- Develop or communicate programs to maintain favorable public or stockholder perceptions of client’s accomplishments, agenda, or environmental responsibility.
- Write press releases or other media communications to promote clients’ reputation during a public crisis.
- Confer with team members to identify trends or concerns or to advise on business decisions related to client’s crisis and communications management.
- Study the objectives, policies, or needs of specific clients to develop public relations strategies that influence public opinion or promote ideas, products, or services.
- Coordinate public responses to clients’ management incidents or conflicts.
Qualifications
- Master of Science in Public Relations and Corporate Communication
