The Role
The Platform Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous optimization of the company’s publisher platform. This position is responsible for monitoring publisher performance, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing product updates, managing data, and collaborating with product and development teams to enhance platform functionality. Additionally, the specialist works closely with the sales and client success teams to onboard new clients, provide top-tier technical support, and help maximize monetization opportunities for scaled and super-scaled accounts.
