The Senior SEO Manager Role
We seek a dynamic Senior SEO Manager to join Qlik. You will develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve our online presence, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword analysis, link building, LLM and AI knowledge base analyses, and web analytics reviews.

What you’ll be doing
- Develop and execute comprehensive search engine optimization strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms; provide regular reports and optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with content creators and digital marketing teams to develop and optimize high-quality, keyword-rich content for improved organic visibility.
- Execute link-building activities with quality sources.
- Work with cross-functional teams (content, design, product) to ensure optimal content performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate SEO with other digital marketing initiatives for cohesive campaigns.
What we’re looking for / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing or related field.
- Relevant SEO certifications (Google, HubSpot, Semrush, or equivalent).
- 6+ years of experience as an SEO manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search algorithms, and digital marketing trends with understanding of the Indian search landscape.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (Google Search Console, Lighthouse, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of A/B testing, local SEO, and SEO reporting tools.
- Experience with CMS and website optimization platforms (VWO, Contently, WordPress) or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of website design, HTML/CSS, PPC, and link-building strategies; knowledge of technical SEO and speed optimization for web and mobile.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and its impact on SEO.
- Experience with SEO testing, experimentation, and CRO principles.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple SEO initiatives.

Compensation and benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $125,360.00 USD – $135,000.00 USD per year. Final compensation will be based on location, skills, education, experience, and business needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
