Our products are sold through TV on 80 million homes via live 24/7 broadcasts, our website, OTT, marketplaces, and social media. We are a unit of Vaibhav Global Limited (VGL) which operates globally and serves customers in the US, UK, and Germany.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate several processes to ensure each show is flawlessly executed to guarantee our viewers an extraordinary in-home shopping experience.
- Sign out and verify products as outlined on show sheets, ensuring completeness, and good condition.
- Ensure the product is presented in a visually appealing manner in compliance with visual standards and guidelines.
- Communicate with the show team, identifying items to display for promotion and verifying the next item to air.
- Procure and organize props, properly storing them and protecting them as well as all other company property.
- Assist on-air hosts and others with immediate show needs.
- Ensure the product is returned to the warehouse in a timely manner and in good condition.
- Proactively prep and plan for scheduled shows.
- Look at shows in advance and be aware of things that may be needed for scheduled shows and inform Manager.
- Be aware of set/display needs for scheduled shifts.
- Complete office hour tasks if full-time status.
- Comply with the Studio Coordinator Code of Conduct and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned by the manager.
Skills/Experience
- High School diploma or GED required; BA/BS or AB preferred, with one or more years of experience in retail, design, or television.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
- Sense of style and a creative eye.
- Strong desire to develop visual skills.
- Strong desire to develop leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and follow through are essential.
- Must stand for extended periods of time.
- Must wear a headset for extended hours.
- Must be available to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and overnights.
- Strong professional and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively utilize various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements
- Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like.
