Overview

Speechify\'s Studio is one of our latest products addressing creators\' needs to create human-sounding voiceovers with AI text-to-speech, dub videos, clone voices, and more. This is a key role for someone who thinks strategically, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys making product decisions, and has experience delivering great user experiences.

We are a flat organization where leadership can come from anyone who demonstrates strong technical skills and consistent, fast results. Work ethic, clear communication, and a drive to win are essential. Our interview process includes several technical interviews, typically completed within one week.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain Speechify\'s Creator Studio found at speechify.com/studio
• Integrate AI models to deliver state-of-the-art voiceovers, dubbing, voice cloning, and related features

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud and building service architectures leveraging these services
• Experience building scalable architectures using microservices
• Experience writing testable code and improving testing infrastructure
• Proficiency with React and modern React stack, or Node.js, or both
• Understanding of low-level JS and ability to profile and optimize SPA FE/backend performance
• Preferred: video and audio processing experience

Salary

• The United States base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity depending on experience
