Overview
The Worcester Art Museum is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Faculty Assistants to support youth art classes. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring a safe, engaging, and well-organized learning environment for students of all backgrounds and artistic levels.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with instructors to prepare materials, assist students, and maintain classroom safety and cleanliness.
- Support art education in a dynamic museum setting and help create a meaningful impact for learners.

Qualifications
- Experience working with youth and basic knowledge of art materials.
- Clear communication and ability to follow directions.

- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in active, hands-on environments.
