Turning Point for God is the broadcast ministry of Dr. David Jeremiah and exists to deliver the unchanging Word of God to an ever-changing world. Using Dr. Jeremiah's teaching, we capture, curate, and communicate Bible Strong content through the power of media to share the Gospel with theological and creative excellence. Dr. Jeremiah's teaching reaches approximately 3 billion people across the globe through Turning Point's media channels. We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team on-site in Santee, California. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and the technical skills to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to create seamless, user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into functional, intuitive designs.
• Develop responsive, interactive UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and enhance user experiences.
• Serve as a key point of contact for web and app user-experience testing, ensuring correct functionality, performance, and accessibility.
• Ensure design consistency by following style guides, branding guidelines, and UI patterns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in related technical field
• 3-4 years of experience in UI/UX development, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular

Pay Range

The expected salary range for this position is $82,000 to $97,000 per year. The actual compensation offered will depend on qualifications, experience, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
