Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to understand user needs and business goals, translating them into innovative design solutions.
• Design UI/UX elements for our agentic automation platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Create and iterate on visual designs, including graphics, layouts, and branding materials.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design consistency across the platform.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to our industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Designer in a B2B environment, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills, creativity, and depth of thought.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design practices.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
