What You Will Do

  • Lead customer studies using modern methods of qualitative and quantitative research to uncover and define user needs and identify opportunities to improve the experience. This includes recruiting, moderating, synthesizing and sharing research findings.
  • Collaborate with leadership across product, design, customer experience, analytics, and engineering to identify research opportunities and integrate findings.
  • Synthesize data and communicate research findings into clear, actionable insights through reports and presentations.
  • Stay current on UX trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve research techniques and impact.
  • Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the development of research best practices and toolkits.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 4-6 years experience in UX research
  • Experience selecting and applying a variety of research methods to explore a problem space and/or evaluate hypotheses
  • Experience managing a complex workload and prioritizing in accordance with business needs
  • Experience analyzing and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data, communicating insights and recommendations
  • Advanced knowledge in research tools and platforms with ability to independently manage dashboards and data attributes
  • Advanced in data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Discover, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge in repository management and tagging standards
  • Ability to speak fluently about metrics, revenue impact and product strategy
  • Deep understanding of User-Centered Design principles and applying them throughout the product lifecycle
