Base pay range
$22.26/hr - $33.32/hr
Job Summary
Responsible for conducting research of basic complexity on existing processes or systems, hardware deployment, and desired objectives to improve the user and patient experience. This position examines, in detail, existing manual and automated processes, systems logic, documentation and training requirements, and the capacities and limitations of existing, or proposed hardware in order to develop effective solutions that contribute to organizational goals. The role will provide support for the day-to-day operational needs for outbound dialers and administrative operational activities including analysis, feedback, and solutioning to enhance the organizational notification strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Supports gathering and analyzing areas of opportunity via workflow analyses and facilitated discussions with users; participate in managing the scope of applications and related changes; supports the evaluation of the feasibility, effort and costs to implement requirements
- Translates assigned aspects of users\' business requirements into detailed functional designs for development, testing and implementation or may document, research, develop user stories, use cases/test cases and acceptance criteria
- Participates in identifying and communicating risks and issues impacting business rules, functional requirements and specifications
- Manages CSG, CSG IVB, Parcel Shield, bot activities, etc.
- Assists with creating training materials and may assist with user orientation and training
- Interacts with team members and peers and may interact with external peers to provide semi-routine information related to assigned tasks
- Reviews patient-user interactions for trends and potential opportunities for improvement/enhancement in the user experience
- Escalates problems and roadblocks as they occur
- Other responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictates

Basic Qualifications
- High School/ GED and at least 1 year of experience in collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines
- Associate’s degree in business, Computer Science, IT or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
- 2 years\' work experience in gathering/documenting requirements, modeling and providing general client/IT liaison support and/or operational processing experience
- Knowledge of CSG, CSG IVB, Parcel Shield and/or bot activities
- Knowledge of internal processes to assist with affecting positive change to user experience
- Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates
- Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
- Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
