About the Role: As a Visual Merchandiser, you contribute to an inspiring, elevated, and consistent customer experience by implementing visual standards and commercial excellence. You will be responsible for executing the visual, commercial, and styling curation according to visual & commercial guidelines for the store. You will use trend and competitor awareness to coach, upskill and develop the store team to contribute to a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the total OMNI customer experience in your store by ensuring visual and commercial curation according to guidelines (Indirect).
  • Represent the brand positively during customer interactions (Direct).
  • Organize and plan workload according to the store activation plan and adapt based on business needs with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
  • Launch and maintain the latest global campaigns and sale activities on time according to Brand Standards.
  • Ensure good garment care, stock levels, and provide input on allocation to Store Management and Area teams.
  • Perform sales KPI follow-up, identify and prioritize visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management.
  • Create actionable steps to increase customer satisfaction to reach sales targets, store goals, and budgets in collaboration with Store Management.
  • Follow all procedures, best practices for OMNI services, operational routines, legal requirements, and communication in all areas of the store with the Store team.
  • Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, styles, products, brands, competitors, and relevant influencers.
  • Plan time for fashion and trend awareness to understand trend theory and mood boards for styling techniques and product presentation.
  • Share, inspire and educate store teams on seasonal changes, fashion trends, visual and commercial information, in-store communication, including price perception.
  • Coach and develop the Store team’s visual and commercial skills to ensure high-quality product and presentation according to guidelines.
  • Support and develop daily routines and best practices to maintain consistent visual and commercial standards while ensuring customer service engagement.
  • Develop and coach talents and provide onboarding training to new colleagues.
  • Organize, provide, and carry out visual and commercial upskilling for you and your colleagues.
  • Complete Visual Competencies and Commercial 4 All trainings based on regional and sales market goals.
  • Support Sales Market and Area teams with store project needs.
  • Execute visual and commercial curation and styling for the store based on the calendar, allocation, store activation plan and trends according to guidelines.
  • Carry out sample picking routines including stockroom quantities, accessories, and shoes to create clear trends and stories.
  • Secure window and styling execution to create inspirational and commercial customer experiences.
  • Provide good customer flow by maintaining commercial layout and fixtures for order and trend storytelling.
  • Maintain price signs in windows and throughout the store following global strategy and market requirements.
  • Collaborate with Facilities Management to ensure lighting highlights products and display forms.
  • Maintain display forms and interior materials with sustainability in mind.
  • Ensure store navigation is updated according to guidelines and layout.
  • Ensure adequate quantities of sale and activity materials including POS per local routines.
  • Keep sales floor and back of house clean, organized, and safe per security guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Curious and creative; proactive, solution-focused, flexible, with effective cross-functional communication to achieve results.
  • Fashion interests and leadership skills with visual and commercial experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience being solution-focused to improve product presentation and commercial execution in store.
  • Good knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
  • Ability to manage, follow-up, and act on selling equations and weekly sales reports.

Additional Information

Compensation: expected base salary range is $15.13 - $19.20 hourly. EEOC Code: SLS. Pay Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly.
