In Store Visual Merchandiser at Boot Barn. The In-Store Visual Merchandiser leads the implementation of visual merchandising standards and guidelines at the store level, ensuring consistency with Company standards and directives. They plan, communicate, implement, and train store partners to properly execute in-store dressing of merchandising, forms, signing, accent lighting, fixturing standards, and visual directives to achieve consistent presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate, plan and implement seasonal visual sets with Store Manager.
• Partner with store management on communication and implementation of visual standards (adjacencies, sale events, visual set-ups, promotions, special events).
• Oversee and perform daily visual maintenance for all areas. Work with management staff and partners to ensure daily standards are executed and maintained.
• Train, develop, direct, and oversee store staff on visual merchandising best practices.
• Participate in weekly walk-through with Store Manager and conduct workload planning meetings.
• Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
• Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, teammates, corporate partners and vendors.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
• Work varied hours/days as business dictates.
