Overview
Koniag IT Systems, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Web/Media Content Developer with a TS/SCI clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Falls Church, VA.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties
- Design and build web pages using a variety of graphics software applications techniques, and tools, with good understanding of DoD web policies in relation to Defense Media Activity and web accessibility standards. Design and develop user interface and user experience features, design and information architecture, site animation, and special-effects elements.
- Contribute to the design group\'s efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organization\'s online offerings.
- Design the website to support the organization\'s strategies and goals relative to external communications.
- Responsible for the development of middle to high-end client server-based applications, designing and developing web pages, and porting applications to a web interface.
- Develop and implement social media applications, identifying and examining data to develop ways to enhance users\' experience, and maintaining an organization\'s mobile applications.
- Develop applications or programs and monitor throughout the maintenance, testing, and implementation phases.
- Add and manage media content, such as videos and social media channels.
- Interact with and ensure organizational strategic messaging is nested with DoD via social media outlets.
- Support organizational overall goals to ensure timely and effective marketing.
- Supports Public Affairs and Strategic Communication offices.
- Interaction with public/industry and universities to ensure content, design, and marketing methods meet organizational messaging intent.
- Informs strategic messaging goals and provides analysis of effectiveness to appropriately adjust media campaign and engagement plan.
- Develop design strategies to give client organization a desired brand identity.
- Create style guide and visual products to enhance client organization brand.
Required Qualifications
- Create web-based graphics in support of Strategic Communications campaigns or to support client organization executive briefings to senior Defense officials, members of Congress/Congressional Staffers, and foreign dignitaries.
- Develop and implement social media applications, identifying and examining data to develop ways to enhance users\' experience, and maintaining an organization\'s mobile applications.
