Essential Job Functions

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

• Contacts manufacturers and OEMs to obtain authorization to perform repairs
• Applies for payment after authorization and repairs are completed
• Follows up on collecting warranty payments
• Works closely with technicians to understand and relay needed repairs to manufacturers

Qualifications

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience:
  • A minimum of one year’s RV service experience preferred
• Abilities:
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with interpersonal skills
  • Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate with various levels of management, staff and outside contacts
  • Proficient with MS Office and able to use a computer and office equipment
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and strong work ethic; self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Ability to organize various physical tasks (adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending)
