Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Senior UiPath Developer to join our automation team. This role demands strong hands-on experience with UiPath, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work onsite in the Denver Metro area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining automation solutions while collaborating closely with technical leads and business stakeholders.

What you will do at Sogeti

Development & Implementation

  • Design and build scalable automation workflows using UiPath Studio and REFramework.
  • Develop reusable components and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Conduct unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing.

Advanced UiPath Capabilities

  • Apply knowledge of advanced UiPath features such as Document Understanding, AI Center, and Agentic automation where applicable.
  • Troubleshoot complex automation issues and optimize performance.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Communicate effectively with onsite leads, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical input.
  • Participate in client calls and technical discussions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Provide timely updates and escalate issues proactively.

Support & Maintenance

  • Monitor and manage bots in UiPath Orchestrator.
  • Handle production support, issue resolution, and bot enhancements.

Documentation

  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including Solution Design Documents (SDDs), test cases, and deployment guides.

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct peer code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Validate automation outcomes against business expectations.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor-s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 4 years in UiPath.
  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
  • Familiarity with advanced UiPath features and integration capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a distributed team environment.
  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification preferred.
