Product Researcher (UX Product Researcher)

Responsibilities

• Design and execute research projects that inform product strategy and decisions, with a proven track record of influencing outcomes.
• Conduct user interviews, design surveys, and analyze data to derive actionable insights.
• Translate complex findings into business-friendly reports and presentations.
• Familiarity with SaaS products, digital tools, and technology adoption cycles in traditional industries.
• Travel on-site for customer visits, plant/farm tours, and industry events as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in product research, user research, market analysis, or related role.
• Direct experience in agriculture, livestock production, or food supply chain; poultry/swine industry familiarity strongly preferred.
• Strong interviewing, survey design, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.

• Collaboration & documentation (Confluence, Notion, Miro)
• Project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar)
