The Role

Exposure is looking for a highly skilled Senior Integrated Producer to join our team and lead the production of innovative, multi-platform campaigns. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of content across film, digital, social, experiential, and post-production. As a trusted partner to creative, strategy, and account teams, the Senior Integrated Producer ensures ideas are brought to life seamlessly, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest creative and production standards.

Responsibilities

  • Integrated Production Leadership
  • Lead production efforts across a variety of formats: film, photography, digital/social content, experiential events, and branded activations.
  • Oversee projects from briefing through delivery, ensuring alignment between creative vision and execution.
  • Translate creative concepts into detailed production plans, balancing creative output with feasibility.
  • Content & Broadcast Production
  • Manage all aspects of film, photo, and content shoots, including bidding, location management, casting, permits, and logistics.
  • Partner with directors, photographers, and production companies to deliver high-quality content.
  • Manage triple bids and via third party cost consultants in line with bidding guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with usage rights, clearances, and brand/legal requirements.
  • Oversee post-production pipelines: editorial, animation, VFX, product renders, color grading, and sound design.
  • Manage multi-format asset delivery across TV, OLV, social, digital, and OOH.
  • Maintain version control, quality assurance, and technical specifications across all outputs.
  • Experiential & Event Production
  • Lead the planning and execution of live brand activations, pop-ups, installations, and immersive experiences.
  • Manage vendor relationships for fabrication, locations, staging, AV, and logistics.
  • Oversee on-site production, including staffing, safety protocols, and real-time troubleshooting.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, keeping stakeholders informed at every stage.
  • Build strong client relationships, presenting production plans with authority and clarity.
  • Champion creativity while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Create and manage detailed budgets, schedules, and scopes of work.
  • Negotiate vendor bids and contracts to secure best-in-class partners.
  • Track costs against budgets and provide transparent reporting to leadership and clients.
  • Mentor junior producers and support staff, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Share production best practices and help shape internal processes for efficiency.
  • Contribute to agency culture as a senior member of the production team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of production experience within an advertising agency, production company, or brand environment.
  • Proven track record managing integrated projects across content, post-production, and experiential activations.
  • Expert knowledge of production workflows, vendor management, and multi-platform asset delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and clients through complex projects
  • Adept at balancing creativity and practicality, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational, financial, and communication skills.
  • Passion for innovation and a genuine love of making great work happen.
