Overview

Stillman Insurance Group is looking for a Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to join our team and focus on new business generation and referral partner development.

What You’ll Do

• Grow new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
• Quote, bind and issue new business policies
• Primary focus will be on Personal Lines (Home, Auto, Boat, etc). With potential to grow into small business and Commercial Lines accounts.
• Build strong referral partnerships with real estate agents, lenders, and other professionals
• Manage renewals for high-value clients and handle policy reshops or carrier changes
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored coverage solutions
• Collaborate with account managers and support staff for smooth client experiences
• Utilize our technology for quoting and communication efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Active P&C license
• Proven track record in sales or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
• Tech savvy - Ability to navigate multiple systems
• Base salary plus commission during training and ramp-up period
• Bonus for agency-generated leads
