Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Acquisition: Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide quotes and sell insurance products.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to review policies and cross-sell additional products.
• Agency Goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by the agency.
• Participate in team meetings to strategize and share best practices for hitting sales targets.
• Marketing And Lead Generation: Utilize agency-provided tools (e.g., CRM systems) to manage leads and track progress.
• Leverage social media and community engagement to generate leads and promote agency visibility.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all insurance products and industry trends to offer the best solutions to clients.
• Attend training sessions to maintain licensing and sharpen sales skills.

Requirements

• Must hold or be willing to obtain a General Lines Texas License.
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience (insurance sales preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
