Customer Marketing Manager Our client, a leading enterprise organization providing award and recognition programs to global organizations has an immediate opening for a Customer Marketing Manager. This is an ideal role for someone with 3-5 years of experience in customer marketing, content creation, or lifecycle marketing-someone who understands the buyer's and customer journey, is eager to learn and grow, and can craft strategies that enhance customer retention and loyalty. This is a vital role in deepening relationships with our customers and driving long-term engagement. You'll create targeted marketing programs, content, and communications designed to educate, nurture, and delight our customers throughout their journey. This role is perfect for a creative and data-driven marketer who thrives on building connections, loves telling stories through content, and understands the power of customer advocacy. Responsibilities Develop and Execute Customer Marketing Campaigns to Drive Revenue Growth Plan and implement email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences that educate and engage customers. Develop and execute campaigns aimed at identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within our existing customer base to maximize lifetime value. Drive adoption of new product features through targeted communication and campaigns. Create High-Impact Content Write and design customer-centric resources including case studies, success stories, and alike. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and tone across all channels. Enhance the Customer Journey Map and optimize touchpoints along the customer lifecycle to increase engagement and reduce churn. Develop programs that identify and promote customer advocates, leveraging testimonials and reviews. Collaborate Cross-Functionally Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align campaigns with product launches, customer milestones, and business priorities. Measure, Analyze, and Optimize Track key metrics like open rates, engagement scores, and customer retention. Use insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance. Skills and Experience 3-5 years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or lifecycle marketing (SaaS experience preferred). Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred) and content creation. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Understanding of the buyer's and customer journey, with experience building engagement programs. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. Self-starter, highly organized, and a collaborative team player.
