Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Advertising Agent to join our Washington, DC team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing advertising campaigns that align with client goals and brand identity. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to plan, execute, and measure advertising efforts that drive business growth and audience engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop and present advertising proposals to prospective clients
Plan and execute ad campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and opportunities
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and account managers
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
Stay current with industry trends and competitors
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of experience in advertising, client services, or campaign coordination
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ad performance tools
A strategic mindset with a strong attention to detail
