Senior SEO Manager
role is a key part of our team.
We seek a dynamic and highly skilled Senior SEO Manager to join Qlik. As a Senior SEO Manager, you will develop and implement effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic traffic and improve our online presence. This includes managing on-page and off-page SEO activities, optimizing keywords, link building, LLM and AI knowledge base analyses, and analyzing web analytics data. Monitoring and analyzing website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms; providing regular reports and optimization recommendations. Collaborating with content creators and digital marketing teams to develop high-quality, keyword-rich content for improved organic visibility. Executing link-building activities to secure quality links from reputable sources. Working with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal content performance. Collaborating with marketing teams to integrate SEO with other digital marketing initiatives. Here’s how you’ll be making an impact: Conduct thorough keyword research, SEO analysis, and LLM research to identify target keywords, phrases, and prompts. Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve visibility and SERP rankings, including LLM representation. Optimize content, meta tags, headers, and URLs to align with target keywords and enhance crawlability. Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with the web development team to implement improvements for performance and user experience. Conduct SEO audits, competitive analyses, and benchmarking to identify opportunities. Establish SEO baselines and KPIs. Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversions to assess effectiveness and guide pivots. Stay abreast of emerging SEO trends and technologies and explore innovative approaches. We’re looking for a teammate with: A bachelor\'s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. Relevant SEO certifications (from Google, HubSpot and/or Semrush). 6+ years of experience as an SEO manager or similar role. In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing trends, with understanding of the Indian search landscape. Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools like Google Search Console, Lighthouse, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics. Knowledge of A/B testing, local SEO, and SEO reporting tools. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization platforms (e.g., WordPress, VWO, Contently). Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work. Basic understanding of website design, HTML/CSS, PPC advertising, and link-building strategies. Knowledge of technical SEO, including speed optimization for web and mobile. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Familiarity with social media marketing and its impact on SEO. Experience with SEO testing and experimentation. Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles. Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives.
