We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to shape and execute media strategies across Meta and TikTok. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, team management, and client-focused results aligned with broader marketing objectives. What You'll Do
Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies tailored to client objectives, aligned with broader marketing goals Lead, mentor, and manage a team of paid social specialists/performance marketers Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns on Meta and TikTok to meet performance metrics and ROI Monitor and analyze campaign performance data; generate weekly reports with insights and actionable strategies Manage a monthly ad budget of approximately $1.2 million across accounts, ensuring optimal spend and adherence to client parameters Collaborate with creative, CRO, and analytics teams to ensure integrated strategies Keep up-to-date with developments in social advertising to incorporate best practices Develop strategies for struggling accounts aligned with CDM best practices Maintain regular communication with the team through 1:1s and meetings to address challenges and align on goals Lead team meetings to review performance and priorities Report performance metrics to the Director of Paid Social and uphold accountability for outcomes Serve as a subject matter expert in Media Buying and provide strategic guidance to the Paid Social team What We're Looking For
5+ years of paid social advertising experience 3+ years in an agency setting Experience managing a total monthly budget of $300K+ in performance spend, with a focus on lead generation Managed an individual account with a minimum ROAS of 6:1 over three consecutive quarters 1+ years of experience managing 2+ performance marketers (preferred) What We Offer
