What You'll Do As a Senior Specialist on the North America Marketing Events team, you’ll design and deliver premium, bespoke experiences for BCG’s most senior client audiences. In this regional role, you’ll shape events as strategic marketing platforms that elevate our brand, showcase thought leadership, and advance commercial priorities. You’ll turn strategy into action—coordinating across teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver seamless programs. Alongside logistics planning and flawless event execution, you’ll shape content, craft communications, and use data insights to ensure events advance BCG’s brand and business goals. As part of the North America Marketing team, you’ll work across the firm—locally, regionally, and globally—partnering with colleagues in marketing, brand, communications, practice areas, and operations, as well as senior leaders and external agency partners. Acting as connective tissue across these groups, you’ll ensure BCG’s most senior client events are cohesive, strategic, and world-class.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications)

5+ years of experience in marketing and event management, ideally within integrated campaigns and senior-level client programs, with exposure to broader marketing functions.

Proven success delivering bespoke, senior-level events with discretion, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder management.

Strong writing and communications skills, with experience shaping programs, crafting stories, and developing clear, compelling messages.

Ability to track event KPIs and use data to measure performance, tying outcomes back to marketing goals.

Familiarity with marketing funnels and customer journeys, understanding how events drive demand generation.

Strong organizational skills with flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Willingness to travel as part of the role and flexibly work evenings and weekends as needed.

Who You'll Work With You’ll collaborate with the Senior Manager of North America Marketing Events, colleagues across North America Marketing (Brand, Communications, PR, Strategy and Ops), BCG Partners, agency partners, and global marketing teams to deliver impactful events that reinforce BCG’s thought leadership, client engagement, and market presence.

Additional Information Format This role currently requires 3 days a week in office presence. This provides flexibility the remaining 40% of the work week. This hybrid work plan allows for learning, collaboration, and networking with our colleagues. Specific days in the office are agreed upon by the team.

Compensation Information Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below. The base salary range for this role begins at $87,000 USD in our lowest cost geography and goes up to $111,000 USD in our highest cost geography. Your recruiting contact can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness. In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
