Article Student Living . Article Student Living is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our portfolio of student living communities. You will build and increase digital marketing campaigns, audit and update websites, oversee social media performance, and analyze campaign data to achieve results. You will collaborate with both the corporate Marketing and Communications team and property teams to ensure quality marketing across all channels. As a brand ambassador for Article, the Digital Marketing Specialist will also research and implement tools, including AI solutions, to keep our marketing efforts driven. Role location: Chicago, IL work out of the corporate office in Fulton Market with occasional travel up to 10% to support on-site teams. The salary range is $60K - $65K plus an annual bonus. You will report to the Director of Digital Marketing. Manage Pay Per Click campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat Audit and update websites to ensure accurate content, branding, and functionality Oversee execution of organic social media strategy by auditing content, analyzing performance, and identifying areas of improvement Collaborate with property teams to create a marketing presence both online and in-person Analyze organic and paid marketing performance, identify opportunities to improve goals, and present applicable insights Conduct competitor analysis to ensure digital marketing efforts exceed market standards Research and implement new digital marketing tactics and AI-driven solutions to increase efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Hands-on experience with Pay Per Click advertising campaigns (Google Ads and Meta required; TikTok/Snapchat experience) Experience with SEO (on-site, technical, and off-site) Experience managing organic social media content Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage several brands and clients Experience interpreting data and presenting insights
