As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will own and execute the digital strategy across our restaurant portfolio. From optimizing paid ads to improving local SEO and driving covers, you’ll lead efforts that increase brand awareness, loyalty, and sales. Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, programmatic, etc.) to drive traffic, reservations, and off-premise sales. Monitor ROAS and CPL metrics and report performance. Manage updates across 16+ brand websites, ensuring accuracy of menus, hours, promotions, and ADA compliance. Audit and optimize content for SEO, usability, and conversion. Partner with our loyalty platform (Punchh) to improve retention, acquisition, and lifecycle marketing campaigns. Build automation flows, re-engagement strategies, and promo offers. Work with local teams and creatives to enhance our social voice and local relevance. Monitor digital listings (Google Business Profile, Yelp, etc.) and manage reviews and reputation. Oversee campaign timelines, creative requests, and digital rollout plans across all locations. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and third-party vendors. Qualifications
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in hospitality or food & beverage. Proficient in setting up ads in Meta and Google Ads Experience working with website CMS platforms (PopMenu or similar). Knowledge of Punch or other loyalty/CRM platforms preferred. Strong analytical skills with experience reporting performance metrics. Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills. Experience managing multiple brands or locations is a plus. Experience in hospitality or food & beverage service- management is preferred. Benefits
