Join as a Tastemaker to drive our Product Marketing into its next stage — someone at the pulse of GTM, Growth, and AI with the entrepreneurial drive to push the boundaries of our nascent AI-driven marketing engine. You’re not just a marketer. You’re a cultural connector who intuitively understands where markets are going, why products emerge, and how they gain traction. You blend the details with the big picture to craft narratives that cut through noise and move markets. You’re comfortable operating 0→1 and 1→10, thriving as we reinvent the future of product marketing on a global scale. Your taste, instincts, and storytelling will guide how we build and evolve the AI engine that drives our product marketing. You will be the #1 storyteller, supported by an AI engine that can scale your vision, creating the 1 piece of content out of 100 that drives 80% of our impact. What You’ll Do
Market and Competitor Analysis : Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends, understanding not just what is happening in the market, but why and how momentum builds for breakout products. Product Positioning & Messaging : Develop globally resonant, AI-enhanced positioning and storytelling that differentiates ZoomInfo and sparks adoption across audiences. GTM Strategy : Plan and execute global GTM strategies for launches and updates, using AI-driven insights to optimize reach, resonance, and results. Content Leadership : Identify and create high-impact content that blends creativity and analytics, knowing that one exceptional asset can outperform hundreds of average ones. Growth & Retention : Partner with growth, sales, and product teams to design acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies fueled by product-led growth and AI personalization. AI-Driven Feedback Loops : Build continuous feedback systems between users, product, and marketing — leveraging AI to uncover patterns and inform product and GTM evolution. Sales Enablement : Equip the sales team with high-impact, AI-powered tools and narratives that sharpen pitches and close deals faster. Performance Optimization : Apply a test-and-learn approach, using A/B testing and funnel optimization to turn insights into measurable impact. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 7+ years in product marketing, ideally in PLG or SaaS with proven experience building AI-enabled marketing strategies. Deep network and presence in top GTM, RevOps, and marketing communities; naturally attuned to emerging product trends. Proven ability to build and scale from concept to global execution with equal comfort in high-level strategy and hands-on detail work. Exceptional storytelling ability with a strong grasp of both the creative and analytical sides of marketing. Expertise in market research, segmentation, and competitive positioning. Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple high-impact initiatives in parallel. Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude, Salesforce) and familiarity with AI-driven content and GTM tools. A growth mindset driven by curiosity, iteration, and continuous improvement. Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training.
