Creative Services Director - Aman at Sea is a leadership role responsible for the vision, direction, and execution of all branded creative content across corporate, shoreside, and onboard projects. The role oversees a graphic designer and external partners to develop and uphold creative standards across campaigns, digital and print assets, video, and marketing materials. Reporting to the SVP of Sales, Marketing & Reservations, the ideal candidate will have recent experience leading creative efforts in luxury cruise or hospitality environments and must provide a portfolio or work samples for consideration. Responsibilities
Oversee creative vision and execution across print, video, digital, campaign, and social platforms. Develop and present compelling creative proposals and ensure integrity in all produced assets. Lead a team of internal creatives and external partners, assigning projects and managing standards. Drive ideation and brainstorming sessions and lead hands-on creation of key deliverables. Produce and direct photo and video shoots aligned with the Aman brand. Ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, digital, and strategy teams. Manage project timelines, resource allocation, creative budget, and invoicing. Mentor and develop creative team talent and career growth. Lead client-facing meetings and present brand-forward creative strategies. Stay current with design and luxury trends and continuously push creative boundaries. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field. 10+ years of experience in creative direction within advertising, marketing, or design, preferably in the luxury cruise and travel industry. Proven ability to conceptualize and execute brand-defining creative work. Strong leadership and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills with an inspiring, collaborative mindset. Flexibility to support extended work periods during key project launches.
