Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Director to serve as the creative and strategic lead for all marketing initiatives across our venues. This role will define brand identity, drive growth, and oversee execution of campaigns across digital, social, PR, and partnerships. The ideal candidate blends strategic leadership with creative execution, thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and has a proven track record of delivering measurable results. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives awareness, loyalty, and revenue. Define and maintain brand identity across all venues, ensuring consistency in voice, visuals, and guest experiences. Lead innovation in storytelling, activations, and collaborations to keep the brand fresh and relevant. Oversee social media strategy, content creation, paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and digital partnerships. Guide content strategy and ensure engaging, high-quality creative across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. Manage influencer partnerships, community engagement, and ambassador programs. Build and maintain relationships with local and national media, influencers, and industry partners. Draft press releases, coordinate media outreach, and manage PR campaigns. Develop strategic partnerships and sponsorships to enhance visibility. Align marketing initiatives with business objectives to drive ticket sales, reservations, bookings, and brand partnerships. Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies accordingly. Work hand in hand with our in house media team and other creative contractors such as photographers, videographers, and designers. Collaborate closely with operations, events, and hospitality teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3+ years in a marketing leadership role, ideally within hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle brands. Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies. Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns with measurable growth results. Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, analytics, and social media. Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Based in Charleston or Charlotte (or willing to relocate). Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends. Experience collaborating cross-departimentally What We Offer
