This role blends conceptual thinking, value-led aesthetics, and performance-driven design to engage and convert customers in fresh, memorable ways. You’ll lead a talented team of Digital Creative Designers while collaborating with Copy, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Merchandising teams to drive exceptional customer engagement, brand presentation, and business results. We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Creative Design to lead digital design across email, digital marketing, website landing pages, and social media, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing visual identity. Responsibilities
Lead and execute digital design across email, digital marketing, website landing pages, and social media Translate brand, customer, and product strategies into compelling visuals that drive engagement, conversions, and loyalty Maintain and evolve a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints Concept and design campaigns that span multiple channels, customer segments, and time periods Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling Experience, Skills & Abilities
Required: 5–8+ years of experience in digital design, ideally within ecommerce, retail, or a direct-to-consumer brands, with 2+ years of team leadership experience A strong portfolio demonstrating value-led aesthetics, clear storytelling, and high-performing creative across email, social, and web Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other modern design tools Understanding of UX/UI best practices and responsive design principles Experience designing for performance marketing: email, social ads, and landing pages Sharp attention to detail of typography, layout, and aesthetic Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong communication and time-management skills — comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities Passion for visual storytelling, digital marketing, and brand building Preferred: Experience in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or omnichannel retail environment. Familiarity with HTML/CSS or digital production workflows Affinity with, and understanding of, Christian consumers, institutions, and homeschoolers. Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Digital Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field This is a hybrid/remote role with occasional travel to corporate offices in the Boston, MA metro area.
