Leading testing teams, mentoring engineers, and driving innovation in testing methodologies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with product and business goals. Software and System Testing: Proficiency in tools, standards, defect detection, and resolution. Automation Frameworks: Experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, and CI/CD integrations. Service Layer Testing: Strong understanding of APIs, backend validation, and performance testing. Agile and BDD Practices: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Behavior-Driven Development frameworks. Hands-on experience with automation tools, scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and version control systems like Git. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
