Field Marketing Manager | Join a Legacy, Lead a Team
Location: Warwick, RI | Full-Time | From $50,000 + Up to $40,000 in Bonuses

We're not just renovating homes we're transforming lives. As we grow, we're looking for a dynamic, energetic, and driven Field Marketing Manager to lead our passionate team on the ground.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of door-to-door canvassers to generate high-quality leads daily.
Train and support canvassers by onboarding, coaching, and developing them to hit performance goals and maximize earnings.
Organize and optimize scheduling, team logistics, and canvassing routes for peak productivity.
Represent the RIHI brand and uphold company values in the community as the face of the brand.
Drive results by leading by example and participating in canvassing efforts when needed.
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience, especially in door-to-door sales or canvassing.
Confident, outgoing, and not afraid to knock on doors and make connections.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Tech-savvy with basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bonus: Bilingual is a plus!

Base Salary: $50,000 / year + up to $40,000 in performance bonuses.
