Play a pivotal role in building and delivering seamless, high-impact lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive business growth. Contribute to achieving key performance indicators such as increased New Active Clients, improved conversion, enhanced retention, and better reactivation across audience segments. Optimize marketing operations, troubleshoot issues, drive quality assurance, and refine workflows to improve campaign performance. Campaign Execution
Build, test, and launch lifecycle communications (email, SMS, in-app, and push) utilizing Iterable. Perform quality assurance of campaigns with strong attention to detail. Manage audiences and segmentation lists, ensuring list health and accuracy. Optimization & Analysis
Maintain and manage A/B testing roadmap and recommend opportunities based on data-driven insights. Deliver reporting of marketing campaign results to internal stakeholders. Troubleshoot and participate in root cause analyses, defining and implementing improvement recommendations. Process & Strategy
Scope, manage, and deliver campaigns from intake to execution. Maintain and optimize marketing campaign processes to improve efficiency. Align with internal stakeholders, such as product and engineering, on process, workflows, execution, and enablement. What success looks like
In the First 30 Days
Gain proficiency in SonderMind’s marketing tools and processes, particularly Iterable. Successfully build and launch lifecycle communications with attention to detail and QA. By 60 Days
Fully manage the campaign process from intake to execution. Take ownership of A/B testing, using data to suggest optimizations. Deliver performance reports with actionable insights and implement process improvements. By 90 Days
Drive strategic optimizations, refine workflows, and contribute to cross-functional collaboration. Who you are
We are looking for a proactive and curious problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and a passion for marketing technology. You are analytical, enjoy digging into data, and have a knack for optimizing processes. 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, marketing operations, marketing coordination, or a similar role. Start-up experience is a plus. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Iterable, Customer.io, Braze). Iterable experience preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create reports. Looker experience is a plus. Excellent project management and organizational skills with a knack for process improvement. Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Our Benefits
Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000. Flexible hybrid work. Generous PTO (minimum three weeks per year). Free therapy coverage benefits (enrolled in medical plans to participate). Competitive medical, dental, and vision with HSA and FSA options. Employer-paid disability, life & AD&D; up to seven weeks of additional short-term disability leave. Eight weeks of paid parental leave (8-16 weeks with STD eligibility). 401(k) with 100% employer matching up to 4% of base salary. Annual Shift gathering in Denver; 14 company holidays; company shutdown between Christmas and New Year. Supplemental life and pet insurance, commuter benefits, and more. Application Deadline
