With four established locations while actively focused on expanding our outreach and looking for a dynamic Field Medical Marketing Associate to help us grow our brand and strengthen our community presence. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Marketing Associate to lead in-field marketing efforts, build relationships with medical offices, hospitals, and community organizations, and drive patient referrals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, experience in the medical field, and a proven ability to generate growth through strategic outreach. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-field marketing to physicians and medical offices across the valley Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and patient care Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners Coordinate advertising, public relations, and social media campaigns Analyze market trends and patient data to identify growth opportunities Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently Stay current with industry trends and best practices Qualifications:
Field marketing experience required Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or 2+ years of medical experience/medical terminology Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience with digital marketing (social media, email, SEO/SEM) Proficiency in marketing automation tools 401(k) with up to 4% matching Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Travel Reimbursement Compensation: Salary will be based on experience and discussed during the interview process.
